I haven't heard anything back yet about COB, but then I'm not sure that it would be this immediate after formal recruitment? So, if I don't ever hear anything back I AM going to try informal recruitment in the spring, and I know that all the houses don't participate, if I find a home, then it's what's meant to be. :) Thanks, everyone for all the info! :)
