My dermatologist told me to only shower every few days because as you age your body doesn't produce natural oils. I totally ignored him and just use more moisturizer. The whole idea just creeped me out.

Um, I brush my teeth BEFORE I go to the dentist, even if it means I have to get a brush there at the office, 10 minutes before my appointment.
I couldn't be a GYN. Some women just dont understand that their va-jay-jays need to be cleaned EVERY DAY. Europeans are about the "natural" body smells. I didnt care for it as a kid when I lived there, and I KNOW I wouldn't care for it now. I mean, do you, but dont be mad if I limit my breathing around you and your funk. Could the fact that we are maturing at earlier ages have something to do with the increased need for bathing? |

Matthew Mc is HOT and it hurt my soul to find out that he's funkmaster flex.
I imagine he gets the anti-funk treatment on movie sets but is allowed to bask in his funk when he's not filming movies. |
What makes me nuts are the people who all into being "natural" so they don't bathe and then they wear Patchouli. OMG! I get physically ill from the smell of Patchouli. Bleech!

well now I gotta ask: where?
three day old funk mixed with body spray does not equal clean. |
Didn't the Europeans always have issues with their water sanitation that is why that "custom" developed? Showers are not abundant "ritual" as it is in our culture. It is beginning to be one. And the French use to make lavish perfumes--the real stuff--the oils and stuff broke on Jesus Christ's feet. ;)

True story - a friend of mine was studying in Germany, and they thought he must have a skin disease because he bathed EVERY DAY.

When some people with naturally curly hair say they only "wash" their hair once per week or less, they probably wash with conditioner on the other days to keep from drying their hair out. I have been doing this for over a year and it works fine for me :D Anyway, speaking of stench, I have a little boy in my classroom who smells like straight doo doo everyday. All of my students pick on him so I asked the school nurse and the guidance counselor to speak with him and see what the deal was. They rolled their eyes and stated they had been speaking to him about it for 3 years now, but it has gotten better. Apparently he has Rhypophobia, and does not want to touch his poop shoot and wipe...All I can say is damn those hot days because we do not have central air!!! |
