Oh, and while we're at it...I respected the integrity of BabyBerry's rush thread, but I do want to say that I'm glad AOII was good enough for her to join and there was no threatening of non-financial support in that case. Hate to think that any of your girls would get stuck in a group where their colors could make up a stoplight or anything.

Wowie your business is so kind to let you use their Computors! Do you go out on calls?

Is your Chaqpter open? How did they pick you to join?

You are so kind to fellow Greeks!

People who talk about themselves in third person take themselves entirely too seriously.

Maybe they don't sell buff floss?? It would certainly be easier to make your daughter rush again than to make your own floss.

Well, I suppose it's pretty obvious what my brain read this as at first. :p Then I reread and read back and realized you weren't responding to Earp.

Nah...I decided to let Earp dwell in his own misery....this time.

Although if I ever make a comment to Earp that include the words Butt Floss, I expect to be banned immediatly, because no GCer deserves that kind of mental picture.:p

Instead of fraternities and sororities -- let's think of the Major League Baseball teams.

Some groups are like the Yankees, or the Dodgers, or the Red Sox. Others remind me more of the Milwaulkee Brewers. All of the teams are a part of MLB.

The Yankees, for example, have a rich history -- been around a long time, many championships, multiple Hall-of-Famers, but some people just hate the Yankees.

If the Brewers ever make it to the World Series -- some will be upset because the TV revenue will not be as much, but others will want to watch just because a smaller franchise made it to the big time.

Oooooo, I can't wait for the lesson on cheese curds.

So on NPR yesterday they were talking about the World Cheese Competition (or soemthing like that) that takes place in Wisconsin every year. This year's winner was a Gureyere (sp?) from Switzerland. I love cheese.

and this comment just made me realize that if I went through rush today, I would be cut by everyone the first day for saying something like this. I have become a total geek. :D

You could have consumed cheese curds had you been at the 1982 World Series because games were played in Milwaukee.

I'm only saying this because I care - there are a lot of decaffeinated brands on the market today that are just as tasty as the real thing. :)
