Dear XYC National headquaters,
We regret that we have had to depledge Amy prior to initiation. We had several meetings with her to discuss her substance abuse issues and her overall negative attitude. We tried to make her go to rehab and she said no, no, no, no.
Sincerely,
The TAMU chapter of XYZ

Sorry, I couldn't resist:)

Funny. The girls at A&M might actually feel the same way about you this Fall. :)

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how one wins friends and influences people.

And you forgot to say - "I know you are, but what am I?"

Geeez, talk about "failure"...

You need to show your style, but chances are, to get a bid, you're going to have to tone it down a little. Obviously, you don't want to go to recruitment looking like a Stepford Wife and then surprise your chapter afterward. Keep in mind, if you join a chapter, you will be recruiting the following year, and part of that involves wearing what the VP Recruitment says. Can you deal with that?

ETA: We had a good laugh about Amy Winehouse and then she clarified that she does not have a bird's nest ontop of her head. So she's not Amy Winehouse.

Having a sense of humor goes a long way too...as does not taking yourself too seriously...

Because you'd obviously know.
It's been swell, but I'm kind of over you now.

Hahaha...
I'm sure you have well enough credit to say it for yourself.
I'm mean, you are the one picking fights on the internet.

Your immaturity, lameness, and lack of respect is rather amusing.
But it's okay, you can't help the fact that you were inbred.

:)

I'm fine with following rules and regulations that are given, even if it has to do with changing my sense of individuality...to a certain extent.
But I don't think conformity is necessary.

Thank for commenting.

I hate to say it (because Heaven forbid you might say something awful to me :( ) but really you sound very immature based on your posts. Maybe this is not really how you are, but if it is, I'd hate to see you come recruitment time if one of your top choices were to cut you. (You lame wicked sorority meanyheads!!! You are all imbred cowgirls and you wouldn't know 'top caliber' if it hit you between the eyes!!!!")

TXtaylor 03-13-2008 12:14 AM

It's funny how, I never started any of this and I'm the immature one.
Sure I'm guilty of wanting the last word, but I don't see how that gives you any view on how I am as a person.
I can be called Amy Whinehouse, but that is perfectly fine. Don't get me wrong, I can take a joke, but it gets old when you're actually being serious.
I don't know, maybe it's a "veteran" thing, and I'm just new.

I also don't understand what was immature about my posts. The inbred comment was a joke. And if you're talking about the fact that I said "failure," well I use that word all the time...

Try not to portray this as whining, I'm sure someone will, but that's not what I'm doing.
