To make up for yesterday this morning I had eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, and huckleberry zucchini bread for breakfast, with lemon, honey ginseng hot tea. Then I walked over two miles in deep snow.

Okay...I can't lecture you now. :p Your exercise kept your heart from exploding from that almost 1,000 cal breakfast.

I was craving conversation hearts for breakfast this morning but couldn't find any. I had to settle for hot chocolate.

Scrambled eggs and hashbrown. 2% milk.

Woot! I got paid today so I ate breakfast. I made a sausage and cheese omelette...with a big glass of blueberry juice! It was a good day...

No fat yogurt with fresh raspberries. Tazo Passion Fruit Tea

You could float conversation hearts in your Hot Chocolate for Valentine's Day

Oh! I might have to try that! No real difference between conversation hearts and marshmallows, except for the texture.

LOL.

Usually nothing, but today I had lint (i.e. tiny azz bag of doritos) and water.

I usually have oatmeal with raisins and one piece of fruit like an apple or pear.

We also shoveled an amazing amount of snow, though I couldn't convince VandalShyster to build a snow fort with me to drink in.
