I just found out that my recruitment starts September 30, with Bid Day on October 5. I'll have to live vicariously through the Southern schools for the time being. :)

UCF starts next week! ADPi's annual "Pi and Tea" for the alumnae is this Saturday. It's an opportunity for the collegians to show off for the alums just before recruitment. We get to see their video, hear some songs, and mingle with the ladies.
I haven't lived in Florida for 6 years, so I'm looking forward to attending this event after such a long time away. |
My daughter's UGA friends are packing up today and moving in tomorrow. Her Georgia Southern friends are getting close to bid day, and her Bama friends will be hitting the road this weekend.

More of an Oklahoma State update! Well, Pref Day is COMPLETE!! Skit day was a blast - all the PNMs gave RAVE reviews of all the skits so that's great to hear. Thursday it rained slightly, but by afternoon it was uncomfortably hot. Pref day was very hot as well... But it went well too! I found out tonight that quota was made 42. So now it's just waiting to see what the lists come out to be.... We're all hoping for the best!
