When I was in college, we were always blessed with excellent officers so it's hard to relate to your comment, but sure, if that was/is your experience then put the good spokespeople up front.

The pig poster sounds like someone being mean. Ever seen "Mean Girls"? Girls are mean to each other. Unfortunately, everyone has either been guilty of doing it or has been a victim of it. But there is no excuse for college aged women (these are not girls) to be so immature.
As for the line-up: Think about it. Whoever she chooses to put in front is going to hurt someone's feelings or make someone mad. If you put only blondes in front, the brunettes will be mad. If you put the athletes up front, other girls will be mad. If you put the top GPAs in front, the not-so-stellar GPAs will get mad. You can't win. |
