The Thetas at Florida State (and maybe other chapters, too, I don't know) had "Theta dessert" which they served at their pref ceremony. It was some sort of concoction of chocolate mousse or pudding and whipped cream on top of some kind of crumbly crust. They said that the recipe was a secret and Thetas would get it only when they got married :eek:

The Pi Phi pledge manual used to have a recipe for "arrow sugar cookies" to be used at cookie shines.
