The PNAMs decided to each pick crops that represented themselves... it's really a metaphor that they've been playing with. It's rather entertaining actually and it's not at all negative.

Alright alright...you caught us trying to have fun..
The whole corn reference was to essentially "poke fun" at us being called a crop of PNAM. I never intended it to take on the meaning it has, but I'm not mad is has taken on what it is. We are trying to have fun. It isn't bad mouthing any GLO, isn't revealing any GLO we are looking at, isn't giving away any secrets, or even making us look bad in my opinion. We are acting silly. I mean...is there a magical age you turn and you can't act silly anymore? Is it that big of a deal? If you have a problem with one of us, please PM us. I mean at least we are farm crops..I could have picked a crop of marijuana, but that's not my cup of tea.

I co-sign with my PNAM sister! Truthfully we could have been insulted at being called "crops". Instead we made it fun. We are told all the time not to obsess over how long this process takes and to have fun. That's exactly what we did. Even though AI is a long hard road I think we all want it to be a fun road, regardless of the outcome.

I'm surprised that no one has brought up (it has been brought up in the past in places) that perhaps GC has inadvertantly created a bigger market for AIs than many of our groups ever intended.
