what school are you from? is it not popular on campus?

I was initiated into my sorority on the graduate level. Tikis are very popular among members of NPHC here in NYC. Many undergrad members wear them a lot. Most guys I know wear them a lot too.

We have tikis as well. They're real popular with the bruhs... :D

The one Alpha tiki I got, I hung on the wall. I think I subsequently passed it along to a neo.

I gave an APO tiki as a gift to one of our neos.

I see people wearing them all the time. I prefer seeing them on rearview mirrors instead of around necks. But to each his or her own, since it's not against protocol or necessarily a tacky piece of 'nalia.

They remind me of the Africa necklaces that were popular in the 80's and early 90's. :)

I'm going to seek out who makes these tikis and try to sell them through an ecommerce greek store that I've been working on. I just needed to know if people wear them nationwide haha.

echoing with chaos, i have one hanging from my r.v., but wear it, uhhh no, 'I' am just not a neckace kinda gal anyway though.

Back in the day, before I came through..I used to see peeps wearing them. I always thought they were phat!
