Ummmm....there is no such thing as a crew tournament. They are regattas as they deal with boats. . . . .And just another side note/pet peeve, it is not a crew team but rather either crew or rowing team. Something about crew team being redundant and repetative (and no, I really can't spell today or most days for that matter!)

Just checking ;)

I know it will be worth it, but I really would like to start working despite being told I would be paid for this month even though I really haven't been able to do too much work (just a lot of the set-up, odd projects).

Update on the museum job situation:

The site manager and I spoke this evening about getting together for me to at least see the site, etc. Right now it is scheduled for Sunday afternoon - pending 'approval' of the State Regent and Committee Chair. I actually think this will be a very productive afternoon (I'm also not trying to let previous bias get in the way of a good working relationship - which I think Rachel is trying to do as well!) as we are going to basically figure out a gameplan for this summer and getting everything cataloged, etc. I am greatly looking forward to the trip, getting started, and learning what Rachel's thoughts are on the collection, etc.

Roses!!

(I've also had friends off, but some just don't feel like following through . . . . ;) )
