I have a friend from college named Tulane. :) She said her dad loved the school so much that he named her after it.

One friend has a brother named "Dean" - as in Dean Smith of UNC Chapel Hill -- another friend has a brother named "Wake" and one named "Forest" as in Wake Forest.
