I gained the freshman, sophmore, and junior 30!!! :eek:
I played water polo 5 days a week and did aerobics 3 times a week while in high school and was very fit.. college came and the pounds came with it.. late night, coffee with sugar/cream, pizza, burgers, etc. and the fact that i wasnt working out anymore...
this year (senior year) i finally got my act together and decided that since i would be graduating in May I would loose all the weight i gained here and leave it here when i graduated. I so far have been able to loose 15 of the 30... i work out 5 days a week after work or school ..sometimes its difficult to fit it into my schedule.. but it really has done wonders for my overall stress levels..
