LOL - Sorry to disappoint, but I'm a redhead - and I know to wear earplugs when practicing! :D

I agree. googling people etc. is not stalkerish, but it is distasteful. Tacky. Maybe even a little rude?

If you are going to spy on someone you should never admit it. Its like listening to a conversation you were not meant to hear, you look really creepy if you bring up information from it.

How would you guys react if someone brought up the fact they googled you on one of your early dates? Or even a later one? Its a little scary. It might even be worse than interviewing the person's friends first . . .

We use the word stalker awful lightly. Its not stalking to drive past someone's house. It is stalking to sit outside their house and wait for them to come out or get home.

Thats sssuming that the attention is unwelcome. If you like someone a lot, many activities that "seem" stalkerish are just cute and doting. And probably nauseating to your friends.

Yes, but googling someone is not stalking. It's not even close. Neither is looking someone up on the facebook.

Holy crap dude, I don't agree with that at all. I EXPECT people to google me if they know my full name. I don't give a rat's ass if anyone googles me, although I'd find it kind of odd if he told me he did it, but whatever. I mean, why the hell not google someone? I google myself sometimes to see what's out there, and the one time I found something I didn't really want out there, I tried to have it removed, which didn't work at the time but it's gone now so all is right in the world.

I also want to mention the facebook issue again. FOR REALS PEOPLE, if you think facebooking someone is stalking or if you don't want people getting your information DON'T PUT IT ON THE INTERNET WHERE ANY MONKEY WITH ONE FINGER UP HIS ASS COULD FIND IT WITHOUT EVEN TRYING.

Vicitious?
That is not a word.
Are you trying to use the word FACECIOUS?

KappaKelley, is that the word you were trying to use?

OK I'm sorry but this is my favorite typo ever.

And Googling a date is not stalking - it's like a faster form of asking all your sorority sisters what they know about Joe Fratty.
