I pursue in a very indirect way. ;)
I make them think they took the initiative -I beleive guys love challenge even the ones we defined as shy-
I make them believe they are the chasers and that I worth the "hard work" they go through to take me out.

But in reality I make all that happen.:cool:

In conclusion I agree to pursue them.

Arg, there's this one girl on my floor who refuses to ask a guy out, or make the first signal of "hey I like you". And then she whines about how no guys like her or are interested in her. She also refuses to go out without at least 3 of her friends, and she won't date anyone who doesn't want children and didn't vote for George Bush (almost half the nation is gone there). I told her she's going to be an old maid, or she's going to marry herself.

Anyhoo, I think there should be a level of "reciprocation" that is comfortable for both parties involved...

I've participated in buying funky drink combination at TGI Friday's for guys I thought were attractive...

I've thought that any clothes my man wears are the clothes I chose for him, or he doesn't wear any... :rolleyes:

And I've dropped major cash for some of the men I've dated, been with, hung out...

But I stopped all that kind of stuff when my heart got stomped on by a fool in my mid-20's. Yes, I was stoopid back then, but I was in "luuuvvv" (spelled lust and greed). Anyhoo, from that point, I learned through relationships, it is about "give and take" and alot of work. More like what are you willing to give up and what will be taken from you... And there is gain, sometimes.

I guess you just have to ensure your own happiness and satisfaction with you life...

I have a recent story about what I wrote before:

Last night as I was posting in this thread, I received a call from my ex-boyfriend who I had no news from for several months, (he told me last week he was sick and I sent him a get well soon hand-made card) He called to say thanks ..blah blah.
Then last night he called to ask me out, we went and I remembered this thread.

I pursued the guy to contact me, but he is thinking he is doing the chasing. The point is I want him back! and I'll have him!.

Sometimes we have to take action in order to get things to happen.
Once again. Pursue but don't let him know you are after him.
