Rudey either formed the Death Squad to parody you and the h & a after members of the h & a posted his personal information on the net, or else you posted his personal information on the net to punish him for parodying the h & a. I am not sure of the chronology.

Monica and Ivory created the Everyone Else thread to gently remonstrate the members of the h & a.

And to point out that even though the vast majority of GCers take the high road and don't respond to h & a members' snarky comments they are less than happy with them.

Craig created this thread after some of you mocked him in another thread.

So its not really a lot of groups, nor are they actually ripping off on the h & a.

Certainly we haven't been sassy as a group . . . any hate on the part of H&Aers has been pretty individual, I think.

I think you might be right. Outside of this, I haven't noticed you guys as a group identity 'cept for silly threads, or for being sassy in a while.

Individual stuff usually doesn't register much for me.

I love it when people can't come up with anything good to insult us about so they resort to that kind of thing. "Oh yeah, and you're fat!"

I can understand the concept of parody within this thread...as well as that of previous H&A-like "GC cliques" that came about within the year.

I can't speak for the rest of the girls, but I love the H&A. I don't care about being sassy or if I get bitched at for ganging up on someone. I was that way before the H&A came along and I'm just fortunate to find a group of girls who have similar interests.

I take these girls seriously, and most of y'all will probably wonder how I could do such a thing with people I met online, but I just do.

You guys will probably never understand Chicago and crying on W. Hubbard street because of drama or drunken phone calls and text messages, calls of jubilation when you find our your book may get published, Christmas cards, etc. and I certainly don't expect you to.

Honestly, I"m really glad you have that type of relationship with people on here. I think quite a few of us do.

There's something nice about being able to get on GC after a long day and reading your friend from Cali's funny post, or getting a late night checkup call from your mysterious "Mr.Big"or IM from a girlfriend with boy problems. Or even....I"ll admit it RedFox...listening to how UT won their football game :). There's that lil' bit of comfort knowing somewhere a faceless person sits on their computer wondering if you had a good day.

So consider yourself lucky if you have one of these relationships.

And I"ll agree with Sugar and Spice.... I haven't really seen any sassy posting in a while. I think the original problem,obviously, was just ganging up on certain individuals. That's what some people dont' get.

And I have to ditto what Sandy said. The H&A is not some stupid clique designed to gang up on people or help fat girls feel better about themselves. To me, the H&A has always been the online version of what a sorority is supposed to be about. Sure, we've been sassy, but that's because most of the H&A girls were sassy to begin with -- long before the H&A existed. I've defended us before and I'm not going all out again, because I don't think I need to. As UKDaisy's said, I think groups like this exist all over GC (and I am happy for that!) . . . the only differences with the H&A are that 1) we have a name and 2) . . . we're sassy?

Actually I think the H & A HAS ganged up on some people and been, not only sassy but just plain BITCHY to some people, and for absolutely NO reason. If this is what you think a sorority is about, maybe you should review your founders' ideals. Maybe your sorority is about back stabbing and judging, but not any I know of.
