I don't think his value his affected by his not wanting to wait for her to have sex with him. Sex is an important and huge part of a romantic relationship. In fact without sex they usually call it friendship.

No, actually, without romantic LOVE they usually call it friendship. Sex doesn't define a relationship.
The two relationships I had in high school without sex were MUCH more indicative of a "relationship" to me than the one in college with sex.
I also think you're twisting the meaning of the "if it's meant to be" phrase. People don't use that to allow people to get away with isht . . . they use it to convince themselves that if people treat them like isht IT WAS NOT MEANT TO BE so they can move on.
You may not think someone's value is affected by not waiting to have sex, but most women do. It is a MAJOR sign of respect for them and if you're not willing to wait at least a cursory amount of time, you are simply not going to have many meaningful relationships. As I've stated here on GC before, guys don't realize the number of emotional issues that many girls (although by no means all) have with sex. If you push that, with many girls you'll be gone.
