I want you to stop and think about it for a minute. Clear your mind about all other assumptions of love and really think about this; Think about life. Life on earth. You have males and you have females. Instinctively, males try to reproduce as much as possible. Its all about doing it as much as you can at the cost of quality in some cases. In the animal kingdom, males don't look for the best quality female. This explains why, sometimes, you hear of/see hot males banging some nasty chick they picked up late night. Its instinctive for us to have a lot of sex, thats why we're not whores and never will be. You can't blame something for its instincts. And the only reason why a guy would cheat, if he's in a relationship, is because he's not getting what he needs from the female at hand. For females, its all about quality. In the entire animal kingdom the females instinctively want to mate with the strongest, baddest, hottest males out there. Hence the reason why I turn chicks on ;)

When it comes to humans, in this day of age, some rules are changed. In many cases money is a key factor. This is why you see scrony, shrimpy, ugly looking guys getting really hot women...thus making the women whores according to ZTAngel's definition. Inherently, women don't always want to have sex. If they did, it wouldnt be so hard for a guy to take a girl's virginity. Women become that sex craved thing only after being turned out by 1 or more guys in their sexual history.

Bottom line is, men can't be whores because its instinctive for us to sleep with several women and as often as we can. The older you get the less it happens. Its kind of like not blaming a tiger for killing a cow....it's going to happen if you put the two together. But, the older the tiger gets the less likely it is to happen. This is why you hear of older chicks saying men shouldnt get married/settle down until they're around the age of 30 or so....because he doesnt have as many skirts chasing him as he once did and there wont be as many problems. However, the older chicks get the MORE sex they want to have. Somewhere along the line men forget that women never stop being that sex crazed thing the man turned them in to. The women only get more and more freaky the older they get. Men, on the other hand, don't want sex as much when they get older....solidifing the theory that we cannot be whores. It proves that we cannot control things when we are younger and thus should not be held accountable for banging several chicks in our youth.

According to your thought process, it's ok for men to sleep around but not for women because it's "instinctive".

Since it's instinctive for humans to want to reproduce at the age of 12 or 13, I guess we should see more middle schoolers knocked up.

Since it's instinctive for humans to be hunter/gatherers, I guess I should go kill the cows in the pasture down the street and bring it home for my roommate and me to dine on instead of going to the supermarket.

There are plenty of other things out there that are instinctive but what makes us modern-day, mature, human beings is that we can curb all these "instincts" and desires and be productive citizens of society. Calling a woman a whore for sleeping around (or saying that even those who don't sleep around are still whores) is wrong and I think it's lame to try to back it up by saying it's ok for men to do it because it's instinct. I personally would never be with a man who made it his goal to sleep with every girl he meets at some shady bar and I'd laugh in his face if he said to me, "Baby, it's ok that I sleep around. I'm not a slut. It's just instinct!"

Inherently, women don't always want to have sex? Hah. We do always want to. We just tend to shut certain men out when the sex is bad. ;)

Furthermore, I'm sad this thread has turned into another women-bashing thread where we've degenerated into calling all women whores and, once again, praising men who sleep around. I've gotten PMs and reported messages about this thread and, quite honestly, I'm sick of being called a whore just because I'm a woman. I am FAAAAAAR from being a 'whore'. If the discussion continues that all women are whores, I'm going to take out a big old lock and attach it to this thread.

The reason why you don't see those 12 or 13 yr olds knocked up that often is because of sex ed and the goverment telling you this isnt right and you should wait until the "ideal" age it thinks you should start having kids. 100 to 200 years ago women did have kids that young. The reason why you don't see this anymore is because its not acceptable in our society. Sleeping around, on the other hand, is acceptable.

As for the hunter/gatherer comment; well, if you didnt have someone out there that slaughtered cows for you and brought it to the market place for you to buy...you'd have to do it. About 80 years ago most people in america had to do that if they wanted meat. And thats even if you could find it or afford to slaughter the animal being as we were in the great depression about 80 yrs ago. The grocery store is a luxury if you really think about it. Just because you butcher a cow, pig, deer, whatever it is...that does not mean you are not a modern-day, productive, mature citizen.



You'd never meet a man that would tell you that in real life if he wanted you. You know what they'd do? They lie to you. Happens all the time, everyday. Men lie the most, women tell the biggest lies.

You know what's funny about this disagreement? Cashmoney is right but women just don't want to hear it. Men have an instinct to sleep with as many women as possible...spreading their seed or whatnot. Women have an instinct too...to sleep with the man who has the best characteristics for providing for offspring. A man who is strong, healthy, can feed a family, etc. It's not a bad thing at all, it's just the way it is. I have heard though that men get the nesting instinct as well, it's just later in life (around 30). Or sometimes a man just meets a woman who blows them away and doesn't want her to be with anyone else but him. :)
Now obviously for any man to walk around and be like "it's just my instincts that make me an asshole" is just ridiculous. You do have free will to make choices in how you behave. But I don't really see the point in disagreeing with something that is perfectly natural...you just have to find a man who wants what you want at the same time and it's all good ;)
