I second that! My girls are so excited about this movie because we toured Colonial Williamsburg this summer and they're still very immersed in a "Colonial is cool" phase.

I love the American Girls! I have Molly! (I had glasses growing up, and my name is Marly, so kind of similar there too.)

My sister has two, Josefina, and I think Kirsten. I'll have to tell her about this! :D I went to an American Girl birthday one time.

ETA: We had the Bitty Babies too. Do y'all remember those custom-made American Girl dolls that you could get to look like you? I thought that was so cool an idea!

When are they going to do a Molly movie??:)
She's my favorite! I always liked her, because I was into WW2 history, and I have brown hair, brown eyes, and had to wear glasses when I was younger like her. I had all the books, the doll, and some of her accessories-I used to look through the catalogue, and want everything! I think she's in storage at my parents' now-well, I hope she is, otherwise I have no idea where she might be!
