Oh and nothing wrong with britney. I never met her personally . . . but her music is ok . . . Its pop and doesn't pretend to be anything else.

i think i read that one part in the pre-nup stated that her money was not factored into child support amounts. although, she is probably paying what is owed.

I mean, I think everyone thinks Shar and Kevin were so happy and then evil Britney broke them up. But I really don't think that was the case. If Kevin and Shar were so happy together they didn't show it by living together, or taking vacations together, or going to the same parties together, or spending time with their/and her kids together.

So what is owed?? I think that lil' girl and his son will be well taken care of by Britney, but she doesn't owe Shar a dime.

so you're saying he doesn't owe Shar any child support payments? Because that seems completely wrong. that is what i meant by what is owed and what britney would probably end up paying, because eh doesn't seem to have much income coming in from elsewhere.

Obviously they were happy enough to have unprotected sex... and dumb enough not to realize after the first kid that that was a bad idea.

I don't even think people think Britney is evil for stealing him away from Shar. I think most people think it's tacky and kinda wrong for him getting engaged to her while there was a bun in Shar's oven that he helped bake.

I'm not sure if you understand the difference between child support and alimony. Alimony would be money going to Shar after a divorce, and they were never married. Child support is to help take care of his kids. Since Shar has custody of them, the checks do go to her to use for their care.

I also don't understand why you said so Shar can keep poppin' out kids. It's just as much Mr. Federline's fault... it takes two to have sex and get pregnant. That's a really bad double standard that sets women's rights back a few decades.... :rolleyes:

My opinion:
This whole trainwreck is funny because it's happening with celebrities when you usually hear about it happening with a bunch of toothless hillbillies who are marrying their cousins. Britney sucks. Her career is in the crapper. In 10 years, she will show up on "True Hollywood Story" talking about her problems with narcotics and how she's trying to restart her 'singing' career. Her big career flop won't be attributed to her crappy albums, her ditziness, her fans growing older or anything like that. It is attributed to the fact that she is a publicity whore gone bad and has made a mockery of herself. She has only herself to blame.

I'll take her and fix her up.

mr. honeychile & I used to have so much fun with Britney - I could cry over how she's tramped herself out. Very disappointing!

I was just saying Shar shouldn't get more money than what she normally would. Like just b/c Britney made so much money a year, doesn't mean she should get a extra kick back. That doesn't mean if he started moving his a** that Shar shouldn't get that.

And yes its Kevin's fault too she got pregnant. Obviously, it takes two to have sex. But you'd think that Shar after having 3 kids, would have been a lil' more careful. Yes, its Kevin's duty as well to be responsible. But I would just think both would think better.
