Last week, another sex tape of Paris Hilton surfaced. The most disturbing scene (is not the sex) but a scene with two African-American men who approach Hilton and politely ask her if she would be interested in modeling for their fashion line. The men are professionally attired and respectful. Hilton is polite to the men, but calls them dumb n****** after they leave. see, no matter what we do and how we achieve, we're still just another "dumb n***** to some folks. isn't she trying to get lil' jon to produce her music? isn't she in some black rapper's, albeit a wack rapper, video? isn't she a total slut? so wth is her problem? Hip-Hop star Fat Joe has slimmed down to 300 lbs. Joe recently embarked on a low carb diet and started working out on the treadmill. well, good for him! Hip-Hop star 50 Cent has taken a role set to shock many of his fans, he's personally designed a pair of women's stilettos. The rapper has decorated an elaborate pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes for the designer's fourth annual celebrity shoe auction, benefiting Cancer research umm, i don't know about that one. i hope they don't have bullet holes or something street and crazy like that... Beyonce Knowles father/manager Matthew Knowles wants her to duet with Robbie Williams, to help the British singer crack America. Matthew says, "Beyonce and him should do a duet, it would be a win-win situation for both of them." maybe it will help him because i don't even know who he is NBA player Rick Fox (formerly married to Vanessa Williams) retired yesterday. Ending a 13 year career during which he was part of three championship teams with the L.A. Lakers. Fox, beset by injuries last season, was traded to Boston in August. It had been expected that he would retire rather than report to Boston's training camp beginning Monday well kick rocks then! BLIND ITEM: (DOWNLOW FRIDAY) This unmarried rapper is more appreciated for his looks than his music. Considered a playboy to the public, he harbors a deep secret, he is bi-sexual. When he first got into the rap game, it was women only, slowly but surely, he got turned out by fame, orgies, parties, a few drugs and moderate success. He became experimental, then bi-curious and now-he is a downlow brother. He use to keep a tight grip on his business until recently, rappers in the industry are warning their female friends, stay away from him. On the downlow circuit, he is known as a bottom, the downlow brothas have nicknamed him, 'wide-receiver' well, we know it's not diddy because i don't think anyone appreciates him for his looks. the "moderate success" think is what is throwing me off. chingy maybe? |

ok, maybe sah-rah mzdescreet is right....
Chingy? (he is a cutie pie to me) |
My guess is Loon. He is a good-looking guy IMO and I would classify his rap success thus far as mediocre.

I wouldn't even say his success is mediocre, though...:p |
I always wondered why they replaced her...
Former “My Wife & Kids” actress looks back
Jazz Raycole was barely 12 years old when “My Wife & Kids” premiered in March of 2001. She was happy for her big break playing Damon Wayans’ oldest daughter, Claire. A breakout hit, “My Wife & Kids” would return in September for its second season. Jazz Raycole would not. The problem started in July of 2001when the cast and crew resumed production. The season premiere was a two-part episode entitled “Mom’s Away”. In it, Jazz’s character Claire has a friend named Charmaine (played by Raven-Symone) spend the night. While there, Charmaine takes a pregnancy test which much to her and Claire’s dismay comes out positive. Jazz’s mother Renita saw the script for the season premiere and told Damon Wayans that she did not want Jazz, who was only 12 at the time, to be involved in this kind of storyline (Charmaine being pregnant). Damon Wayans, his producers and writers, stood their ground, saying it was a storyline that spoke to today’s generation and that they were going ahead with the show. Renita Raycole pulled Jazz from the show immediately and Jennifer Freeman was quickly brought into replace Jazz in the role of Claire. Jazz is now 15 (she’ll be 16 in February), getting straight A’s in high school (in Los Angeles) and studying dance at Debbie Allen’s academy. She wants to be a pediatrician and hopes to go to Stanford. When asked about “My Wife & Kids”, she answers shyly, with a hint of disappointment in her voice. “I miss the show but my mom did what she thought was right. The pregnant thing was just not right but my mom wasn’t the boss so there was nothing we could do. It’s been on now for 4 years and I watch it sometimes but other times I’m just too busy to watch it because I’m either at dance rehearsal or studying.” Jazz has met Jennifer Freeman on a few occasions and she admits it’s awkward. “I knew her before she got my part. We both tried out for things like Malcolm & Eddie, The Smart Guy and Jamie Foxx and I got cast in all of those shows. She says hi and stuff and that’s nice but we’re not like friends.” She beams though when Raven-Symone’s name is brought up. “Raven is my girl. After I left the show she called me and told me to not give up on my dreams. When I did Law & Order this year Raven sent me flowers to congratulate me. That was so cool.” |

She sounds like a well adjusted young lady. I wish her well. The thing I find interesting is that many people speculated it was a "color" thing since Jazz was much darker than the current girl in the role. I wonder what that says about us as a people......hummmmmm |

You took the words out of my mouth!! It's been long-rumored that Loon is bi. I LOVE Robbie Williams. He's huge in the UK. He was in a boy band early on, then went solo. He was the bad boy...drugs, wild lifestyle, so on...If you've seen Bridget Jones' Diary, he sings a few songs that are featured in the movie...namely, Miss Jones and I. ETA: Ok, I'm reading the Kobe interview. HE'S SUCH A PUNK!!! I'm only on pg. 4 and I want to slap him and yell,"Man the $&%# up, you punk!!" |
Shaq calls Kobe a 'joke' and a 'clown'
/ FOXSports.com Posted: 16 hours ago Two days after published accounts revealed Kobe Bryant told police Shaquille O'Neal spent nearly $1 million to keep extramarital escapades quiet, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported the former Lakers center is still fuming over what he contends are blatant lies. "The guy's a joke," O'Neal said about his former teammate. "I'm just trying to tell the world that the whole time, but just because he hits a couple of shots, everybody thinks he's a great person." O'Neal's comments came Thursday at a poolside photo shoot where, clad in his Heat uniform, the big man was feeling talkative. "He's a clown," said the 32-year-old married father of five. "Kobe, he gets caught by the police after doing what he did, and my name comes out." O'Neal was referring to a Los Angeles Times story that Eagle County, Colo., detective Doug Winters wrote the following in a report: "Bryant stated he should have done what Shaq does. Bryant stated that Shaq would pay his women not to say anything. He stated Shaq has paid up to a million dollars already for situations like this." Until now, Bryant and O'Neal had mostly minimized the gulf in their relationship and its influence on the blockbuster trade that sent Lamar Odom, Caron Butler and Brian Grant to Los Angeles for the 7-foot-1 future Hall of Famer. Thursday's statements further solidified popular sentiment to the contrary, namely that the two stars never had a relationship to begin with. "I don't understand how a guy that I've never spoken to about that, that I've never hung out with, can say something like that," O'Neal said. "But, obviously, it shows what kind of character this guy has. It shows I'm on his mind that much. That just shows you what type of guy he is. That's just funny to me." The two men meet again in a nationally televised game at Staples Center on Dec. 25, a date O'Neal seems to be eyeing with renewed intensity. "The Christmas game is going to be the highest-rated game ever," O'Neal said. --------------------------------------------------------- I will be watching this game to see if in the middle of it an a$$whooping breaks out. |
