Alpha Chi Omega now has 132 chapters with the addition of the newest chapter, Iota Omega, at Carthage College. :)

I don't have time to verify this right now, but I think our # of active chapters is more like 114.

Me too; I was just going by the list of every chapter ever in our forum. I was way tired and most likely didn't count right.

I believe Alpha Sigma Tau's newest chapter is Epsilon Gamma at Armstrong Atlantic University. (ASTs, please correct me if I'm wrong - I believe they were chartered after Delta Chi, and we were chartered April 30.)

I believe AOPi's furture colony will be at University of South Carolina - Aiken if I am not mistaken. Just FYI.

Alpha Chi Omega will be colonizing at UCSD this fall, making them our Kappa Lambda chapter :)

Isn't the oldest active KD chapter at the University of Alabama and the oldest active AOPi chapter at the University of Tennessee?

AOII's oldest active chapter is Omicron at the University of Tennessee (1902). Gamma at the University of Maine wasn't chartered until 1924. There are many active chapters that are older than the one at Maine.

And yes, one of AOII's colonies is at the U of South Carolina - Aiken.

I love reading that so many chapters Alpha chapters are still alive and kicking. That is just so awesome!!!!!

I wish, more than anything, that our Alpha chapter was still up and running. But hearing, well reading, that other sororities Alpha chapters are still successful bring warm fuzzies to my heart :)

oh ADPi does have a colony going in this fall. Couldn't honestly tell you where if my life depended on it.

And on a sadder note, we actually lost three chapters in May (but one will be recolonized in 2009), so if you wanted to update the numbers you can. I won't be sad because everything will work out in the end and everything happens for a reason.


And dude where are the Chi-O stats? Totally wanna know those. :D
