OH WTF eva!!!!!

I honestly do not care how many children that woman or any woman has. I cannot speak for Steeltrap or Jill or anyone else who agrees with what I posted.

Me saying her uterus should be retired is not my way of saying Mother of 15 should not be allowed to have any more children.

Neosoulchild 05-26-2004 05:57 PM

Oh gosh.

Is it really that serious? I was under the impression that they were only joking.

That's a lot of judgement being passed on what is universally regarded as an individual woman's choice.

How the heck did I get drawn into a pro-choice argument? I don't share my thoughts on reproduction with people on this board. Please refrain from drawing me into something that I didn't choose to convey.
Thanks.

What does her body look like? I don't know about her but I gave birth to 8 and at 5'5", I'm only 120 lbs.!:p

I went to a homeschooling convention a few years ago and I think I was the only woman there who wasn't wearing a jumper (and some of them had matching family outfits like the family above). Another woman told me that you tend to see so many jumpers on homeschoolers because so many of the moms don't believe in birth control and then don't have the figure to wear dresses with a waist.

I can just see me trying to get my teenagers to wear matching plaid jumpers. Uh, yeah. Not even my 9 year olds.

We know lots of other big families. Seems like the "Family of the Year" should get that award for extraordinary accomplishments, not just for being big.

Man, you're lucky and I'm jealous!:D I have one and.....well, I won't tell how much weight I've gained, let's just say I'm 5'1" and I will NEVER see 120 pounds again!

Judgemental? WTF???

adduncan, I think you flew off the handle and misjudged on this one! Most people on GC know that I am a flaming pro-choicer...hell I even marched on Washington for it!

The way I look at it is: I don't care if she has 50 kids, just as long as she is not sponging off MY hard earned tax money to do it. If you want to have the kids and can afford it, more power to you!

Now if she is getting govt assistance and having baby after baby and sponging off my tax money then I have EVERY right to be judgmental.

But this does not seem to be the case, so I ain't mad at her!

Just saying, better her than me! :p I am just shuddering at 15 kids! I hope she has time to lock the bathroom and take a nice hot bubble bath and read a trashy novel from time to time. :)

Thanks, Jill (and I agree w/you)...but honestly, the point was not that she isn't a welfare mom...the point is that they were effin' jokin! Some people...I tell ya!

Ok, homechick is assuming everyone here is pro-choice. Every woman is not.

Also, I'm with 1SD~I guess some people do not understand "how we do it over here"

Relax, relate, release please!!!

Well, I usually use heffa...but I refrain from calling people I'm unfamiliar with heffa. But, note, it's said in the same tone as heffa. lol
