i don't know about the best, but bw3's make them pretty good. sweet barbeque is great.

Harolds Chicken
I love Harold's chicken. I must say that the one on 87th has to be the best. Sometimes I get a craving for chicken for lunch. I went to the one downtown and it was horrible. I'll stick to the south side from now on.
