My Chi O Senior Award was "Most likely to have her wedding colors be cardinal and straw"

And, yes, I really am looking at red dresses and yellow flowers for my upcoming wedding...

chideltjen 04-26-2004 01:21 PM

cashmoney 04-26-2004 01:37 PM

I got two:

Most likely to become famous:

Before I finished high school I had been on TV 8 times not including televised games for the sporting events I was in.

and

Class Clown:

This one explains itself. Most people loved me, teachers and administration included.

I tied for "Most Talented"(singing) and then the Musical Theatre award and the Choir award. Yeah, slightly dorky too!

I graduated in a class that large too...I think we were close to 500. It was a pretty big deal if you got a superlative, people even in some cases, "ran" for the superlative!

TheEpitome1920 04-27-2004 10:12 PM

I was voted "Most Likely to Succeed" out of 300+ students.

Let's see... since I didn't drive a benz or a BMW, have a daddy who was a navy doctor, shop at A&F, or screw half the baseball team- I didn't get jack squat. But, that makes me perfectly happy cuz most of those people dropped out of community college and some of them have kids. I'm content with not being in the spotlight.

AOIIsilver 04-27-2004 10:51 PM

I thought everyone "ran" for superlatives? We had a class of 420 and about 10 superlatives....

At my high school, you were suppose to be nominated in senior homerooms and then there were several votes to whiddle down the field. It was suppose to be kind of a surprise if you won because so many homerooms nominated a female/male for each category. What I meant about running is that some people got in their heads what they should be nominated for and then polled people to nominate them. It wasn't something that people put posters up for like " Vote Jane Doe for Most Popular"

Hope that explains what I was trying to say...:D

Haha! That is so funny, I got a similar award from my chapter when I graduated!

KellyB369 04-28-2004 03:53 PM

For some reason the yearbook staff did not like my class so we got really dumb superlatives and they stuck them in the back in the index section. I didn't win any and I can't remember any off the top of my head. And I'm not just saying they are dumb because I didn't win, I promise!

I got a similar one for my Senior Superlative: Most likely to have my kids be Chi Os. :p

My graduating class was very large. We graduated about 530 (our freshman class was over 1000, what's that say about my HS?) but we had "senior personalities". You were nominated by someone and the seniors voted. I was most Most Spirited Girl. No, I wasn't a cheerleader. Just supported my teams and my buddies and had a really crafty, creative mother.

MTSUGURL 04-29-2004 12:29 AM

Most Talented (Choir, Theater, Debate, Writing... there was more but I can't remember.)

breathesgelatin 04-29-2004 04:20 PM

I was "Most Intellectual"
