IMHO, this would be the best argument for the belief of soulmates - but I still don't believe in them, or rather, don't put a lot of stock in them.

I believe in it, but then again I'm young and optimistic.

You know, I really dont know about soul mates. I really don't understand how you can have a soul mate when men and women are so different from each other. I think for everybody there will always be that person you think you could have been better off with in different senses. I mean, the whole idea of a soul mate is just complete bullshit. Nobody's relationship just flows perfectly and two individual people were ment to be. That shit happens only in the movies. You have to work to make things go right...and anyone who'll tell you differently is either lying or is too naive to really know. Now don't get me wrong, I have met chicks who think like me....to the point where they could have been a long lost sister being as I've never had one. But still, there have been only two girls out of many many chicks that were like me enough to where I thought it was scary. One of them I dated for 2+ years. The other chick, she lives out in Colorado and I doubt I'll ever see her.
