a comment about those earrings she was wearing tonight:

ever seen a small child drool and it's just a thin string hanging from his/her lips? I don't know why... but I kept thinking during her whole performance that someone needs to wipe that #$*^ up.

I did that from the moment she sang the line, "There's shumthing about the way you look tonight" until well into the commercial break. It's just awful! When Simon began talking, I was yelling at the TV, "Please, Simon, tell her to stop with the freaking 'yeahs' and spare us all from this torture!"

What did Simon say to her specifically? I was in the car and a friend on the phone was giving me commentary, but she couldn't hear what Simon had said!

He basically just said that it was okay but it sounded like she was "screaching" in parts of the song and that it wasn't her best performance.

Ever notice that whenever Simon crits her that she always shouts, and i mean shouts, how much fun she's having??? It's like she is trying to cancel out/disregard the comment he makes... even if they may help her.

ARG... her personality is just grating....

i haven't watched much this season (just started new job) but...

maybe i'm not a professional musician or anything but i can tell when my ears feel like they're bleeding.

two little hints for Miss Teeth:

1. stop drinking so much. it's not ladylike to slur your words like that.

2. screeching does not equal singing.

Seeing Fanfasia next to Tamyra Grey last night just emphasized how annoying, unattractive, and classless she really is.

It's a conspiracy. Anyone who's anyone knows that there's NWIH America would ever let people like Diana, LaToya, and Jasmine in the bottom three pit. I won't be surprised if George somehow manages to be in the bottom three next week.

so i was reading the recap of last weeks american idol over at TWOP, and even the recapper made a comment about her ending every song with there "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeeeeaaaaah's". i laughed.

so my mom and i were chatting throughout her performance wondering why people like her and the judges praise her

My mom and I were doing the same thing! I couldn't believe how they were all kissing her butt. ugh :rolleyes:

Ugh, she was totally faking those tears. "I felt my song." What a load of crap!

I think someone might have said something about the "yeah yea-uhs," and that's why they were shifted to the middle of the song instead of the very end.

ok so after my mom and i bitched about her... my dad called me at the end of the show to give me his recap and started going on and on about how he thinks she's great and is going to win it. i asked him if it was possible to emancipate (is that the correct word? the one where kids divorce their parents?) myself from him but not my mom.

I noticed that TOO! HAHA.

Seriously tho... the tears were rediculous. Completely unnecessary.
