Saw the rerun last night couple of observations

-As predicted Missy rubbed me the wrong way
-Were the lollipops and "Missy's Angels" necessary
-No one on this show is over the top talented..with possible exception of the big boy
-Teena Marie was a quiet judge
-With or without the guitar that dude needs to go
-Still not sure what Missy is actually looking for with these kids

Still I'll watch until the end

I just read tTWOP's MB's review of Ep #1 -- good stuff. A lot of their comments mirror ours but the a lot of these folks LOVE MISSY.

If Mona was acting extra, I don't doubt it. She's the HCIC! She's one of the few Black women music/entertainment execs. She reminds me of a female Puffy.
