Trying to tell me how to do my job when you have been here 2 months, and I have been here 2 years. I have been in the business 10 years, you have been for 7. I am in my position for a reason. I also hate when people talk bad about kids. Come ON. They are children and still learning for crying out loud. Your baby is teething-give her something cold to chew on and she will quiet down some.
