HC I still dont believe that there's any great benefit in it- mentally a great deal more can be drawn from yoga practices, and physically weight training is more effective and efficient HC if it's exercise that you enjoy and will do though, that is what matters |

hc i finally finished my 1st term in grad school
hc it was a such a STRUGGLE hc i can now breathe hc my baby got me flowers and some bath and body works products for v-day hc for me it is the little things hc we've been budgeting to save money so this gift will be sooo cherished hc im in my 8th month hc im getting excited hc my shower is tomorrow hc i can't believe i am going to be a mommy hc i am so blessed hc ideal you need to call a sista hc we gotta do lunch hc congrats to everyone's successes and blessings and such hc gotta go, its feeding time :p |

HC i have been on this site for 4years now! HC i am such a slacker at times HC I had my beautiful son on 1-7-04! HC it was the most amazing expericence ever! Painful...but amazing HC I don't think i love one person more than I love him! HC he doesn't look a drop like me! HC that's not fair... i did carry him for 37 weeks and 6 days! HC when he smiles at me... I get over. HC I love my mom even more now that I am a mom. HC I might be too happy HC God Hears and Answers prayers! HC my son breathing is wonderful and he may not need surgery for a year! HC God is good all the time!! |
