I would take that offer for sure. I think if I had my mindset.. (and therefore the confidence and such) that I've gained through the past five years I think presently, I'd be in a much different place in life.

Again, just give me that chance. Where do I sign up?

Agreed. Though it would be tempting to ride the dot com rise and sell before the bust. Imagine how much money I can make.

While I am not a religious person by any means, I often get this forward in my email that says something along the lines of "Take comfort in knowing that God has you right where you are meant to be in your life right now".

I kind of live that philosophy. I also think that "everything happens for a reason and while it might not make sense now, or at the moment it is happening, you will understand it all later".

Knowing what I know now if I went back life would definately be quite interesting and I would have done a whole lot of things differently.

When it comes down to it though I don't think I would want to go back though because I am happy with how my life is now and don't want to wait around another five years again to get to the great point I feel I am in my life, even if I could do things differently or "better".

No. I believe that what happens to you, what you go through, experiences, etc help shape the the person that you are.

I may have had some not so pleasant experiences in my past but I have learned something from all of them.

I like who I am today so I wouldnt change a thing about my past. But I do reflect on my past often when making certain decisions about my future.
