However, MY preference is for the clean cut. Men with braids...UGH http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif I saw this grown man, like 50+ with braids sitting in front of me in church last Sunday...and I was struck by it....yes STRUCK..stricken to think he was too old to be profiling that do!

I just am not feeling the braid trend. I think well kept locks look good. But nothing but a clean cut brother with intellect and a fire for God gets my attention!

I love locs. I like fros (as long as they see a pick each and every day). I like the clean cut look also.
As for perms, on the average man NO! But I have to admit that I always thought that Snoop was pretty cool, while being secretly bitter because his hair is just so darn pretty.

Since I just finished the hour-long process to braid the hair of each of my daughters, I can safely say "braids belong on girls, period". Whenever I see a man or young boy in braids, my first thought is "hood-rat". Sorry if I've caused offense, but I'm definitely old-school on this one. Stop the madness -- ain't nothing wrong with looking respectable.
