I am such the LOTR addict. I first read the books when I was about 10, and have read them over and over so many times...it's my favorite book! (I read books over and over again, I'm weird like that.) Love the movies too, but I'm a bit of a purist and get mad when things have been changed to be different from in the books.
I'm in Germany for the year, and I'll still be going to see ROTK as soon as it comes out -- the local theater is showing all three back-to-back. I'm assuming it'll be in English with subtitles...in German would be interesting, though.
Ooooh, getting excited! Can't wait!

the statues are awesome. i got the two with the FOTR...it costs about 70 bucks though :(
