I wonder if you could make a veggie gyro. Marinated and grilled sliced of portobello or eggplant instead of meat or chicken. Has anyone tried it meatless?

I'm a big fan of Yee-rows. Of course, maybe it's because i'm Greek and grew up with gyros, and lamb, and spinkopita, and baklava, etc.

There's a place by the Old Navy i work at in SA called Demo's that melts mozzerella cheese in em......oh.....my......god...... So bad for you, but taste sooooo good.

The only thing better than a Gyro, is a good ole beer boiled Wisconsin brat. Add sauerkraut if you like....
