OK So this post is goingto be long most likely but I finally got my bf to let me use his computer lol even tho he hates when Im on all the time anyways so the first nite was great I met alot of awesome girls although I was a little nervous in the beginning I was better after the first couple of mins in each party. but lets see I was a bit disappoined when i got my invites back to see that I was CUT from ZTA!!!! I mean really but its ok I guess my Rho Sigma let me know that everything does happen for a reason and I just wasnt ment to be there so it was ok. Anyways the 2nd nite I went to 5 parties which were XO* I absolutly love these girls here they have made me feel so at home now and its like they really made an effort to talk to me I swear I talked to more than like half of them tonite I mean even if it was just a few words they made an effort to intorduce others to me which was really nice, ok second party was DZ I had alot of fun there the girl I was paired with was also from Murfreesboro so we had lots to talk about and it was a good time! ADPi was next and OMG I loved these girls too they were great! The girl I was paried with while making my craft was just the sweetest thing ever! we even ended up having like a teary crying moment about some things it was very touching I was sad to have to leave. ummm KD was after that and the girl I talked to was awesome such a sweetie she and i are really into kids and the enviroment and stuff and that was neat I like didnt even make my craft since we were so busy talking lol :) the last one i went to was AXO and I was paired wth another girl from Mufreesboro and it was funny b/c we realized that we both had like the same friends and stuff it was great I had a great time talking to her... Gosh I really dont know where I want to be yet I am thinking that right now I really am falling totally in love with XO but I like all the others too :) EEK I hope by tomorrow I will learn more and be able to cut it down to two!!! I will get my invites back tomorrow around 11 and hopefully ill have a PC card for my laptop so I can let ya know who Im invited back to :) hehe anyways sorry that this is sooo long but ya know lol :D Ill keep ya posted dont worry

Nichole, it's wonderful to hear that you have made strong connections with so many of the houses at MTSU. I was so sorry to hear about ZTA, but be true to yourself, and I am sure that you will find a wonderful sisterhood.

Nichole, it's good to finally hear from you!!! I'm sorry things didn't work out with ZTA, but maybe it means you're meant to be somewhere else? Keep having a good time - which it sounds like you're doing! Good luck and keep us posted!!

Ok I am regretfully writing to let everyone know that I decided not to continue with recruitment :( I got my invites back today around 11 and oddly enough the 2 GLO's that I absolutly LOVED cut me and I was left with 3. two of them were just ok and the other well I didnt really click with anyone. I am guessing that it might have had something to do with grades since I dont know they were using the ones supposidly that they said didnt count or something I dont know its confusing I guess by my last semester when i had mono and all and didnt do too hot since i missed so much but whatever I guess I am just going to have to try to get my grades up to par these next couple of semesters and try again in the fall. I cried my eyes out after talking with my Rho Sigma but my mom informed me that maybe it just wasnt the right time for me since i have been having a bit of financial troubles lately. anyways I hate not being able to feed the addiction any longer but I think this was the right thing b/c I really liked those two groups and i really think Id be great there if my grades were better. :( sorry guys

i am sorry to hear this. did you officially drop out? maybe you should sleep on this and then make a decision. in your last post, you said that you were really open to all of the groups. i am sure that you are hurt bc your favorites didn't invite you back, but maybe one of the groups will surprise you in the next round. either way, i totally support your decision. i just hate for you to see everyone else continue with recruitment and wish that you given it another chance.
