I am natural leader but I love being a following too :p

depends on the situation.

i'm an ACE , therefore most times i'm leading.

it would be a combo of both.

i am tired of leading and taking inititiative because when something goes wrong everyone wants to blame you.

i just want to sit back and flow.

I'm a leader. I'm very selfish, and find it hard to "take orders" from people, especially since I can come up with a better way of doing things than they would.

I'm like this in someways. I wonder if its because we're teachers?We have to be leaders five days (and sometimes even more) out of the week and its hard to get out of that mode.

Definitely a leader- I'm good at delegating tasks to others and doing things that need to be done when no one else steps up to the plate!
