I actually got the chance to meet Ace in a local bar in Atlanta last week. He is really cute.... more attractive than he is on tv. So many people were talking to him and he didn't seem to mind that he really couldn't enjoy himself. I mean when I say so many, I mean a lot. He couldn't take 2 steps and someone was like "Oh hey! I thought you looked like Ace!" Some of my friends were talking to him after the bar closed and he was saying that people here were really nice and that was cool. He is a cool guy, not to mention hot as hell ;)

My Chi O big sis met Ace, Mallory, and Adam at one of Ace's clubs in Statesboro, GA a few weeks ago. She said that Ace is really really gorgeous and SOO nice. She also said that Mallory was really sweet and pretty and that Adam seemed kind of like a jerk.

Yeah, I met Adam too, but he did seem like an asshole so I kindly failed to mention him. I guess he just acts like that for real. Although his hair was beautiful all I wanted to do was touch it. :cool:

As a brother in Kappa Alpha Order, I for one, can say that I have been proud of the way Ace has carried himself.

WOW I wanna know what Bars he owns or co owns or whatever lol. Im going to be in GA this weekend. It would be nice to go and hang out and have a few drinks there lol :)

I went to Georgia Southern my freshman year of college and have gone back for the past 3 years to visit my sorority, etc. Ace owns The Woodin Nickel and RumRunners in Statesboro, GA. The Woodin Nickel was around when I was there and I loved it, though he didn't own it at that time. I hear its even better now! RumRunners is in a tiny little spot that was a coin laundry when I was in school there. However, if you can get in, you pay a flat fee at the door (I think $5) and drink frozen drinks all nite for free! :) Great place!
Statesboro is nowhere near Atlanta though, for those from out of town. Its about 3 1/2 hours from Atlanta, near Savannah. There's really nothing there except GSU and a few bars.

First off, Ace is nice???? Ace is a sweetheart????
First of all, he totally degraded France and their people and acted completely ignorant, screeming derogatory comments to the people there and claiming how he misses Waffle house. I don't know about you ladies, but if that is the hot Southern Charm then thank god I am from up North. Hello? Any class desired in a man, any intelligence?
Second, how could his gf break up with him bc he's just too nice???? Hello, what is nice about cheating on your girlfriend on national TV and then not telling her?
Furthemore I don't find anything special looking about the moron.
Lastly it just disturbs me in general how males can do no wrong, but if females on these reality shows even show the slightest bit if attitiude or imperfection we are all over them. If a decent looking guy does it, oh he's cute and a nice guy? Speaking of which, look at how people bash the females on the show for the smallest thing.
This reminds me of the whole sorority/fraternity life thing. The guys came off ten times worse than the girls, the girls at most were shown bitcy. And who knows, maybe five mins later the apologized like Ace or could have been ok people, yet that is what MTV showed. Yet we famles ripped them apart as people, but Oh Tim and the fraternity guys well they are just too cute...and blah blah that excuses them from clear hazing, mistreatment of women, illegal acts and excessive partying. Those poor females did not even of a fraction of the guys behaviors yet were dogged ten times as bad just because they are female.
Whatever this type of attitude had to change among us women first. I am sorry if I am sounding a little peeved, but man come on.

Oh my gosh, I thought I was the only one who was simply NOT impressed with Ace. The same behavior from a woman would not be tolerated--and it especially wouldn't be gushed upon.

I don't think Ace is that bad, but I also don't think he's that great. Especially compared to a lot of the other people who have been on the Real World, he doesn't come off too badly -- but the cheating on his girlfriend and not telling her about it makes him pretty classless in my book.

I completely agree with the Fraternity Life/Sorority Life double standard -- it's frightening.
