One song that I absolutely can't stand is Eagle Eye Cherry's Save Tonight... for some reason I hate it.

Another one is "Butterfly Kisses". Maybe it's the references to Jesus, or the idea that an adult woman who's about to get married is still "Daddy's little girl", or the unbelievable amounts of sap - but every time I hear that song, I want to hurl. Which is bad, because it's been the father/daughter dance at about half the weddings I've been to recently.

Ok so I basically can't stand anything by Dave Matthews Band. Is it just me or does every song that he releases sound like every other song he's already released? Also, that new song by Ashanti has got to go. I'm sorry, but repeating "baby, baby, baby" non stop at random intervals for 4 minutes straight with random instruments in the background just doesn't count as singing. Honestly, does she know any other words in the English language other than baby?! Another thing that really irks me is when artists feel the need to introduce themselves to you at the beginning of every song and to list the name of every single person who's in that song. I bought your cd! I know who you are! You don't need to tell that to me over and over again. For example "Hi I'm Jay-Z and this is my girlfriend Beyonce and we like to drive around and here is the song that we wrote together to prove to the world just how much in love we are."

Senorita was always my favorite song on the CD, for some reason. My friend is OBSESSED with Justin and would play the CD everytime we were in her car... Senorita was the ONLY one I could stand. The worst, by far, is the one that starts off: "I wanna be your lake, or your bay..." TERRIBLE.

I got excited when they started playing Senorita on the radio. I kinda dance along in my car and I'm a sucker for his call-response part. "It feels like something's heating up... can I leave with you?" "I don't know what I'm thinking about... really leaving with you." I think I like it because Justin sounds SO MUCH like a girl during the girls' part it's unbelievable. :D

God, I'm SO lame. I admit it. I'm also seriously obsessed with the new junior American Idol. I LOVE it... I just get waaaay too excited about it. Like, my favorite underdog was voted into the group tonight and I was SO excited about it. It was pathetic, actually. The Justin song and American Juniors... my two biggest guilty pleasures at the moment. :)
