I heard that ZTA might be expanding to Christopher Newport Univ. in Newport News, VA.... but that was before the voting was done. Haven't heard anything since... where's ZTABullwinkle when you need her??

So Beta Theta Pi and Phi Sigma Kappa are both colonizing at Colorado State? How'd they pull that off?
The greek system at CSU is NOT one where I would recommend anyone trying to expand to at this time (although Beta would be a recolonization)....very bad campus climate for greeks - at least one or two orgs each year have been closed for the past few years. However, President Yates is finally leaving, so the climate may be finally turning around... Best of luck - hopefully you won't need luck to be successful, but do be careful at that campus. |
From what I've read in our magazine and heard from our consultant and brothers who have gone to leadership schools and what not our Colorado State Colony is doing well. Hopefully they won't be a 5 year chapter. We've had a few of those.
*now back to your regularly scheduled thread* |
Phi Gamma Delta:

Phi Sigma Rho Sorority has several colonies!

Re: Sigma Pi
It would be great to have another fraternity at NAU, but it may be interesting to get voted on by IFC...since there have been low numbers in terms of recruitment lately...

ASA needs to recolonize at Clarion. |
I would love to have Phi Mu come to NCSU--- My cousin is one and hearing everything about her experiences (except secrets of course) I always wanted to consider Phi Mu during rush. While its too late for me, I think they must have agreat international organization. I also would like to see Kappa Alpha Theta come too--
I know NCSU will open back up in a couple of years. |
Phi Sigma Sigma is continuing colonization at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, OH.
It's just been announced that colonization is going to start Fall 03 at Indiana University at Kokomo |

GMUBunny, I just got back from NLC. They told us that ZTA will be expanding to Christopher Newport Univ., but I am not sure when. I think that it might not be until Spring 2005. ZLAM :) |
