Wish me luck - I'm meeting the co-presidents of Twix's local alumnae group tomorrow. I'm stressing out over what to wear! I'm thinking a pair of dressy brown pants with a nice brown and burnt orange diagonally striped blouse, but I'm also considering a knee-length black skirt with a pink floral print and a pink top. I just know I'll change my clothes 5000 times before walking out the door!

I think you should dress in Twix's colors (and if brown is one of their colors, my complements on your choice of sorority ;)). Seriously, either of those outfits sound good - but where is the meeting? That will help pick outfits.

I finally settled on nice khakis and my favorite pink top for this afternoon - which went wonderfully. :) I met the co-presidents of the local alumnae group, and they were so warm and welcoming - I felt right at home talking with them. I'm really looking forward to future events with them!

A pink shirt for a DZ meeting would be great! :D

It went super-well. :) I hit it off great with the co-presidents of the local alumnae group. We actually lost track of time because we were so deep into conversation. I'm excited about the event next month, but I wish it was sooner!

I finally have an update. :) I went to brunch with several ladies from the alum chapter, another PNAM, and one of Twix's regional coordinators. It was so much fun, and I'm really looking forward to future events with them. :)

A couple of weeks ago I went on another outing with Twix - wine tasting. I've met more people, and everyone's been really welcoming and friendly. I've felt right at home.

I can't really say much else right now, but I'm happy with how things have gone thus far. :)

It sounds like things are going pretty much like they should......:D

My paperwork is going to the executive office tomorrow! :D If it all goes well with them, I could be initiated in April!!!
