i have to admit that i am a totally molly ringwald fan. i have seen everyone of those movies a zillion times....and will still cancel plans on a sat afternoon to watch it on tnt or tbs...lol. and like amycat, i think that these movies have definately given me standards that could never be matched!!!

as cute as jake ryan was, blaine definately makes my heart flutter a little faster!!! i totally own the movie and the soundtrack!!!!!

Sixteen Candles is the best movie! Jake Ryan is so hot! I wouldn't mind if someone who looked like that came to pick me up. All last year at work, we all walked around quoting the movies. I couldn't tell you how many times we quoted Lond Duck Dong. It cracks me up just thinking about it.
Anyways, all of the BratPack movies are great! The Breakfast Club is one of my favorites. It's genius! Only a great 80's movie can base the plot around one day in detention and still be fabulous!
