I'd add John Kerry to that group, just because he more well known. Unfortuneately, I don't think Lieberman will win because he is Jewish. The way this country is I'd be surprised if it happened. I don't like Joe Lieberman anyway though. How you gonna run for Senate re-election when your trying to be V.P.? When you're going for the top spot it's all or nothing, there's no "just in case." I thought that was kind of wack.

And Kerry also has a military track record, I think. That matters to older people, who tend to vote more.

What about Gen. Wesley Clark? I heard he might run as a Democrat.

That would be interesting to see. Because if Gen. Clark does run, he doesn't have the soft-on-defense-and-national-security image that the national party has suffered from for years. Although I'm nonpartisan and dislike aspects of both parties, this jefe :rolleyes: we have running the country now has to go.
