HC they just put in a NEW system like 3 weeks ago...NEW meaning straight out of the box...I watched them...

HC.. A lady cursed me out because her check bounced b/c the line was too long and she put her deposit in the ATM

HC.. The ATM says deposits aren't availabe immediately

HC.. The day before the deposit she withdrew the money when she knew she had an automatic draft coming out

HC.. All of this is my fault in her mind

HC..She hung up on me like it hurt my feelings; that's just one less idiot I have to talk too (It didn't hurt my feelings, but pissed me off)

HC..People don't know how to balance a checkbook

HC..People call to check their balances, but don't have their account number; I'm not running a psychic hotline

HC..Most of the people that have accounts here have "special needs"
