Well, since I don't qualify to live in AggieSigmaNu's wing (Coors Light = ugh!) I guess I will have to design my own wing of the GreekChat Life mansion :)

As you enter the wing, you will enter a large common room tastefully furnished with the latest from IKEA. Along one wall is a full-service bar, complete with 2 beer taps - Sam Adams and a seasonal beer. Since winter is approaching, let's start with Harpoon Winter Warmer. The bar will also include a freezer where gin and vodka will be kept ice cold, as they should be.

Along another wall is a bookcase that swings aside on hidden casters to reveal a staircase down to the basement, where you will find the chapter room and wine cellar.

In the common room, there is also an entertainment center featuring a big-screen TV with surround sound, and an extensive DVD collection, including porn.

A sliding glass door (into which our equivalent of Jordan will be made to walk at least once) leads out to a patio, where there is a swimming pool and hot tub.

Beyond the common room, you will find a full kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, and enough cabinet and refrigerator space for everyone.

Opposite the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the roof deck. (SATX*APhi, hope you don't mind my stealing your idea.) We will have a portable sound system for the roof deck, and an extensive CD collection, however, no country!

Back downstairs, beyond the kitchen and stairs will be the bedrooms. All rooms in my wing will be singles, again tastefully furnished with the latest from IKEA. There will also be bathrooms - more than one, and no more than 4 people will have to share a bathroom.

When you move in, you will receive a gift basket containing a number of Greek101 T-shirts, and condoms for all those hook-ups.

ASN: None of this pansy ass tap shit. I expect our beer (Shiner, of course) to be on CO2 tanks, so one never has pump a tap. As is the true mark of a gentleman, in a kegerator.

I would expect weekly meetings to be held after the weekly BBQ.
(BTW: For you yankees, BBQ is not burgers and hot-dogs, I am talking brisket, ribs and sausage, pork loin and turkey.)

As far as the country thing...y'all need to keep that on y'alls wing, lol. I might mosey over there on a Sunday for some of lifesaver's BBQ though.

Whatever wing I stay in will just have to deal with the ULTIMATE tailgating Saturdays. Tailgating from 10am until the last game is over, lol. And we will have ESPN gameplan. However, if FSU loses, y'all will just have to endure my PMS-like aggressive spells until Sunday at around 1 pm or so.

I am already claiming rights to the confessional tapes. I will sell them for a small fee if any of you care to know what was said about you behind your back. ;)
