Try ........ "Broken Pledges" - Deadly Rites of Hazing, in the back of the book are listings from the 1800's to present of cases of hazing. I didn't read them all so I'm no sure if it mentions revoking of charters, but a good read if you're interested in learning about hazing.

No, not tailhook, but brother, will I EVER remember crossing the equator.....sorry, but there is not much a fraternity or sorority could do hazing wise to even come close to it (NOT that I am suggesting anyone try!). :eek: What a total humiliation - even though I am now a shellback for going through with it...I would never participate in that ceremony again.
