-being taller than I am (it's a matter of sexual mechanics here . . . don't want to use the stairs) -doing coke -dumb girls drive me freaking insane -'euro-trash'-types aren't for me much -smoking doesn't do much for me, but i could get over it -ex-boyfriend/family issues . . . hang-ups=bad |
Definite dealbreakers....
*Bad manners *Racist/Sexist *Smoking *No goals/ambitions/direction *Can't hold a decent conversation *Disrespectful toward family *Shorter than me.... i'm only 5'4 *Infidelity *Extremely different values/beliefs than me *Close-minded *Use of Illegal drugs *Lack of personal hygiene/cleanliness *Lying |
The dirty south
I thought anal sex was really popular in the south.

-They must understand the greatness of half-priced books. (I can literary spend hours in this store)
-If she wears glasses for fashion rather then necessity. -Prefers to be on top. (I am 6’7” and it is very awkward when she refuses to be on top or for that matter any other position) -Knowledgeable of different sports and their rules. -Enjoys the occasional Blockbuster evening. -Prefers the bar scene to the club scene. -Can ignore her cell phone. |

-likes bad music -narrow minded -meathead |
For me....
I can not handle a high pitched voice. I like a good deep voice. Also, if a guy has one of those horrible loud laughs. I just won't take part in that. You know, "that guy" who is in hystarics at the movies. Oh and the anal thing. Some of you boys just can't be pleased. :p |
I have kissed far too many frogs in this lifetime! Deal-breakers:
-Smoking -Can't properly use the English language (written or verbal) -Is stuck up about how smart he is. I'm all for intelligent guys, but I swear I dated this guy who always did his best to prove how much smarter than me he was...and I've got a Master's, I'm not stupid! -describes things he doesn't like as being "gay." I tolerate that neither from seventh graders nor grown men. -makes fun of my love of shopping. I don't expect him to ever go shopping with me, I understand he's got a Y chromosome, but leave me alone about it! -Refuses to meet or spend time with my friends. -Doesn't read for fun! -Won't believe that children's books can be cool. I broke up with a guy who refused to read Harry Potter, even though I was going to loan him my copy, wouldn't have cost him anything |
Dealbreakers
My dealbreakers
The guy has to have a sense of humour. If he can't make me laugh then he's gone. I prefer taller guys (I'm 5'8) but if your a few inches shorter, I'll get over it. - no drug users, the occasional recreational use of pot I can tolerate -no drive ambition or only a highschool education -no interest in my activities or pursuits, you don't have to like them but at least care that I do. - racist/sexist or homophobic -no pride in his appearance. I'm sure the list can go on and on |

Dealbreakers for me:
- Smokers. (I have extremely sensitive asthma, this isn't me being picky, this me wanting to live past 22.) - Homophobics, racists, or sexists. - Somebody with a lack of respect for the elderly. - Not dealing with the fact that my two best-friends are male. (Just because I am friends with them doesn't mean that I want to rip their clothes off and do naughty things to them.) - Lack of ambition. - Talking to my breasts instead of my face. (I am fully aware that they are big and stick out there, but that doesn't mean that they do the thinking for me, you should be trying to impress me and not them) -Lying. -Lil Snakey K |
The girl has to be open-minded, I went on a date with a girl and she wouldnt try cous-cous.
She has to have ambition, drive, goals, aspirations, and so on. She has to have substance, so many girls dont nowadays. A lot of the girls at my school care about their express clothes and other materialistic things more than actual people. In the end that stuff doesnt matter. |

And yes, in the end it doesn't even matter, some will realize that in their lifetime, some will not. I know I want to look back on my life and be proud of all of it (a little L.T. from Any Given Sunday). There is so much more to life than what is in style or what car is awesome to have or what necklace or handbag or hat or ring is in style this season. |
