So it's the middle of summer, and of course, I end up dropping a class and adding another one today! This is how my schedule looks for next semester...
AMST: Television and children Another AMST class... American Studies is my minor and I'm done with it this next semester. Broadcast journalism: TV Production Journalism Graphics class Psychology of Women I'm taking 15 credits and hope to get an internship in the fall. |
Linguistics 392A- Seminar on Artificial Languages, 3cr
Linguistics 401H- Intro to Syntax, 3cr Linguistics 414- Intro to Phonetics, 4cr Greek 126- Intensive Ancient Greek I, 6cr Yum yum yum.....I'm trying to get into a special seminar on Sanskrit too- it can't be a real semester for me unless I'm taking at least two dead languages. |

Spanish 102 Business Communications Business Statistics 1 Accounting 1 On top of this I will be very active in Student Senate on my campus, I will also be the president of my class, and starting a fraternity. I think I will be very busy this fall, but I am always up for a challenge! |

first off, i'd like to say GooOOoOOOOod Luck to dzandiloo! I'll be rooting for you this semester! also to starlet- what do you plan on doing with an AMST minor? i plan on going double with AMST and Psych but i'm not sure. i'm sure i'll change something around b/c one of these classes in 7-9:45 on thursday nite! *intro to american studies (i took at 200 course, liked it so much, thought i might minor in it, so this is a req course) *methods in american studies *psychology of women *psych of learning *experimental psych: design and analysis *physics for non-science majors i really wanted to take a film history class but the school won't let me b/c i'm not an art major! ok, back to "pretending i'm working" |

Thank you for this thread. It's making me actually figure out if my courses will work and fill requirements. If the Registrar uses its powers for good and not for evil, here's what I will be doing next year. (Betcha can't guess what my majors are!)
