Candace is off the hook. Her parents went to the club with her for her birthday? WTF? She got wasted in front of her mom and dad? WTF? Mom and Dad got drunk in front of her, too? WTF?
Seriously dysfunctional!

I don't like that little Jessica chick either. I'm sorry, but I ain't feeling sorry for her at all. Her big ole tail was up in the club on the last episode, standing on tables, shakin' her azz. I don't like her little snickers about how she's not in trouble, etc when the other girls are.

It's about time they move some of the other girls into the pledge house. Starting w/ the next episode, all 18 pledges will be sleeping over 3 nights a week. It's about time.

I watched the lastest installment last night, and I just don't understand why the five original girls in the house want to join the sorority. I thought the big sisters were going to ask them that when they had to have yet another discussion with them, but of course they didn't, and I got the impression that the big sisters felt "guilty or bad" going to them and expressing their concerns.

I wonder if the big sisters knew these girls before the rush/pledge process. Aren't they juniors and seniors?? They should've known these were some hot mamas.

LOL..true, but don't you think she's just reacting to how they treat her?? I mean, the other girls have formed a clique. I thought it was sad that they didn't even try to pick her up whe she went clubbing, but they had no problem picking up Candace and Jordan from the club. That's shady.

I'm not at all surprised Candace and Jessica are not good examples of sisterhood. They joined the sorority for one reason only, to get some face time on MTV. Don't you think it's strange that Candace, who could have easily joined any other sorority, joined an all jewish sorority when she's not even Jewish? Even though I know any sorority welcomes all backgrounds, but common!!!!! She just wanted to get on MTV. Why would she care about sisterhood? I also found a short film about sorority life that you should all check out. It's a different way to look at sororities, seen throough the eyes of a houseboy. It's only like 4 minutes, tell me wha tyou think. Here's the link:

Is anyone still watching this show. I saw it last night and was LMAO at dumb-a$$ Candace's drunk tail kissing the guy the Amanda liked. Her drunk behind was talking about "I'm so sorry..when I get drunk I just kiss guys...I don't even know that I'm doing it until it's already done".

I was like, WTF :eek: - that heffa need to learn how to hold her liquor. One of these days she's gonna kiss the wrong guy and get hurt :mad: And what was up with her need to sleep in the same bed with Amanda????

Amanda said it right...drunkeness is NOT an excuse. I think most people on here can say they have been pretty wasted at soem point. Has anyone just arbitrarily kissed a guy that you KNEW your girl had a crush on? Probably NOT. Boo! on that excuse.

Amanda should told my girl Jordan so she could have cursed Candace out. I will wait til next week to see because it looks like Jordan does curse Candace out for something.

It seems like Jordan is jealous of Amanda and Candace's friendship. I don't think Amanda is going to tell Jordan that Candace kissed him though. She was wrong for kissing him though.

..I think Jordan's gonna curse Amanda out...AGAIN...Jordan might be a tad bit jealous (of Amanda & Candace)...and, was kind of out of line during her "discussion" with Amanda about apologizing...but, she's right about Amanda...she's a follower--plain & simple...and, insecure...Candace's behind would not have followed me into that car after she was all kissing that guy...Even if I was crying (like Amanda was in the car)...I'd have made it perfectly clear that she needed to keep her distance for her own safety...and, she wasn't sorry that she kissed that boy b/c she kept putting her finger to her lips as in "be quiet..Amanda's right behind us" after they kissed about 3-4 times...So, she's full of it...and, another thing why didn't she run around kissing strange men when she went out drinking with her parents???:confused:..So, she's making this mess up as she goes along, apparently....UGH!!!

I sent an e-mail to the sorority because I am so appaulled at how their organization is being represented! They responed and stated that they couldn't really say anything without permission from MTV but on a personal note, they were upset too at how some of the pledgees are acting. I personally think Sigma is being misrepresented. I asked about community service and she told me that MTV didnot come to a single event. Which to me means the girls didn't either.

I hope that their organization rethinks its process and I hope that other orgs are watching this and if MTV approaches, they run for the hills!!!

I think the sorority made a bad decision when they let MTV tape them in the first place. It is interesting to watch though.

Well, I hear through the grapevine MTV is thinking of a 2nd season and is searching for another group. (this has not been confirmed) . We chatted about this subject for a hot second on the SGRho chat. I left this comment:

"What's sad is that these girls[Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi] probably thought they were doing good and noble thing by wanting to show the world that sorority life isn't all that stuff you see in movies and on tv (I hear that argument all of the time). Once again, I watched Candace make an azz out of herself. Why does she drink so much?? And then she's a slut on top of it all. And she's dragging Amanda down with her. Jordan wasn't all that concerned that Candice was having all the fun because Jordan was right out there drinking and clubbing with her. NOW Jordan wants to be all concerned and running to the big sisters telling everything. I think that she's a little upset that her buddy Amanda is not having fun with her anymore. These hot heffas, I tell you.......:rolleyes:

The problem comesin when people feel like they are losing control. Jordan knows/believes that she had control over Amamda. That's why she keeps calling her "weak" and all those other things. Like the episode where she was trying to make Amanda apologize for making all that noise late at night with Candace. (Personally, it didn't seem like they were load, but if I were in the house, it may have been different :rolleyes: ) I remember her saying somehting like, "tearing people down to build them back up." WTF? :confused: How are you going to tear your "friend" down just for the sake of showing "who's the boss?"

Jordan is just pissed that Amanda isn't all in her face, doing what she says. Now she is crying and talking about she's losing her. Whatever! You are BRAGGING to your friends/big sisters talking about she wouldn't have even joined had it not been for you! Now it's a standing joke that comes up every week. Some friend... or better yet, "sister."
