I've never seen one of these. It wasn't done at my alma mater.

I'm not sure I guess they decided at a Pan Hell meeting.

I don't like it because most NEO's don't actually know each other in Greek Life and can take things a bit too far. Most prophytes of all organizations have established some sort of friendship or friendly rivalry. So they know how far to take things.

It doesn't do anything but give Greeks a venue to talk trash openly.
