West Virginia University's Alpha Phi chapter took 40 girls. I'm not sure what quota was but I saw on their facebook page that over 500 girls signed up for recruitment. When I was an active (2003-2007) quota was around 30 (my pledge class had 33) and around 300 girls participated in recruitment. Glad to see numbers on the rise!
